Prove your humanity

He tore you from my arms again,

I held you in my arms, I heard your heart beating and felt our hearts beat together hand in hand. Oh Zeus, fear us.

For you knew that humans would be weaker apart, now I am whole again. I have found my other half that you so confidently placed on the other side of the land.

I understand why, you loveless god. My other half makes me a better whole, and I to them.

I am stronger with them. I am alive.

Zeus would never understand, not to crave one being with borderline insanity. The feeling of their skin and warmth.

He tore you from my arms again, once before the earth was made and now again as you board that plane.

But one day you’ll be back, the burning in my heart assures that you’re my home, my body my whole and more that words don’t do the justice of, my love, return to me once more.

The jealous Zeus tore you from my arms again.
